Shipping & Returns
Your order typically ships within two business days. Handling times can vary depending on seasonal order volumes and holidays.
Ignite offers free shipping on orders over $60. An adult signature confirmation is required on all orders, and this fee is waived on orders over $60. For orders under $60, there is a $5.00 shipping fee + $7.00 for adult signature confirmation.
Ignite makes awesome products, but if you happen to buy one that is defective, we have a no-hassle refund policy. You have thirty (30) days from your date of purchase to make a refund request.
If for any reason you receive a defective product, we want to know about it! More importantly we want to recover the defective unit so that we can avoid such defects in future production. Upon your notification, we will immediately ship you a replacement device or provide you with a refund. There is no contingency and no waiting. Our number one goal is to make you a happy customer.
To initiate this process, please notify our support team via our Returns or Exchanges portal.
Once we receive your request, you will be provided with a prepaid shipping label to return the product so our team can investigate the issue and take the necessary steps to prevent it from happening again in the future.
Refunds will be processed back to your original form of payment and will be posted to your account within thirty days. If you do not see your refund hit your account right away, don’t panic! Prior to contacting us we ask that you:
- Double check your bank or credit card account.
- Contact your bank or credit card company as it may take several days for them to process and post the credit to your account.
