Here at Ignite, we make awesome products and we know it. But, if you happen to disagree, we have a no-hassle return policy to take back your purchase. We give you thirty days from your date of purchase to return your items. Unfortunately, if thirty days have passed since your purchase date, we will be unable to offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused and in their original packaging.
Once we have received your return, we will notify you via email that your return has been received and is undergoing inspection. We will then send you a second email to inform you whether or not your return has been approved and a refund has been issued.
Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed back to your original form of payment and will post to your account within thirty days.

Return shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer as shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. We strongly suggest using a tracked shipping service so you can verify the delivery of your return. If the value of your item is in excess of $75, we also encourage choosing an insured shipping method.
